FUE Hair Transplant

Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)

It is a significant breakthrough in Hair Transplant operations. FUE Hair Transplant, which stands for Follicular Unit Extraction, is a graft harvesting technique.

With this method, since we use a unique material that we call a punch smaller than 1 mm, there is no scar in the area where the grafts are taken. A large number of hair follicles are harvested in the same session. Thus, it is ensured that the person has dense and natural hair.

Each follicular unit is a structure smaller than 1 mm harvested from the scalp. This method is harvested one by one. FUE hair transplantation starts with the stage we call marking with the help of the latest technological tools. So each structure, approximately 0.8 mm in size harvested as a result of marking, is called Follicular Unit. These Follicular Units are collected with the help of forceps until they are transferred and taken to the cold environment where they can be fed.

At FKS Clinic, we use only the most modern, safe and effective hair transplant techniques. With the FUE method, grafts are taken from the back and sides of the donor area. Each graft contains 1-6 hair strands. Then the transaction is started, which is transferred safely to the receiving area.

We do not use the method called FUT. In this method, a surgical incision is made in the donor area, and you will carry the scar caused by this cut for life.

Instead, we focus on the newer method Sapphire FUE and DHI techniques, specifically the improved FUE Sapphire and Micro Sapphire DHI methods.
