Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Coordination and Communication:
    • Manage all aspects of patient appointments including scheduling and follow-ups.
    • Act as the primary liaison for patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring all communications are clear, particularly regarding procedures and care before and after surgery.
  2. Staff Management:
    • Lead and supervise our front desk staff, patient coordinators, and administrative personnel.
    • Organise and facilitate training sessions to elevate patient care standards.
    • Address staffing issues, manage shift scheduling, resolve conflicts, and conduct performance evaluations.
  3. Clinical Operations:
    • Work closely with medical personnel to streamline clinic workflows and enhance patient throughput.
    • Maintain rigorous standards in clinical areas with proper supply and equipment upkeep.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to boost patient satisfaction and care excellence.

  5. Financial Administration:

  7. Strategic Planning:
    • Assist in developing strategies to improve patient services.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in hair transplantation.
    • Innovate and introduce new services in response to market trends and technological progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Operations & Service Delivery
  • Oversee the daily operations of healthcare services and treatment workflows.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to improve service efficiency and patient throughput.
  • Manage pre- and post-procedural patient pathways, ensuring safety and consistency.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
  1. Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Supervise healthcare assistants, clinical support staff, and administrative personnel.
